Q1. What’s the minimum monthly price?
Every category starts at $250/mo (Starter tier). You can choose Website, Google Business Profile, Social, Automation/AI, Paid Ads, Lead Generation, or the Combo package which is our most popular.

Q2. What’s included at $250/mo in each category?

• Website: up to 3 pages managed, SEO fixes, 1 new page or blog/month, directory backlinks, 10 design credits.

• Google (GBP): full optimization, weekly AI posts, photo uploads, review replies, monthly report, 10 design credits.

• Social: 8 posts/month on 1–2 platforms with captions, graphics, scheduling.

• Automation: basic AI call filter, lead capture + delivery, simple Zapier/GHL flows.

• Paid Ads: 1 campaign (Google or Facebook), monthly optimization, simple report (ad spend not included).

• LeadGen: pay-as-you-go starting at $10/lead (or pick a monthly unlimited tier).

• Combo: Website + GBP + your choice of backlinks or daily email with a suggested social post.

Q3. How do the $500 and $1,000 tiers scale?
Each step adds more volume and strategy (more pages/posts, more platforms, deeper SEO/ads/automation, richer reporting). The $1,000 tier is built for aggressive growth, multi-location, or multi-channel plans.

Q4. What’s the “Custom” tier?
No ceiling. It’s a scoped solution (could be $5K–$100K+) for multi-site SEO, enterprise automation, national ads, or full lead-gen ecosystems.

Q5. What are the one-time startup fees?
Typical: Website setup $200 + $75/page (3-page minimum), GBP startup $150, ad setup $300. LeadGen is usually no setup. Custom setups are quoted.

Q6. How does GBP verification pricing work?
First attempt is free. Additional attempts are $50 each to cover time/travel if needed.

Q7. What’s the No-Compete add-on?
Add $1,500/mo per category per area to lock out your direct competitors in that category + service area. Example: a plumber in Albuquerque can add No-Compete for GBP; we won’t take on competing plumbers in Albuquerque for GBP while it’s active.

Q8. How do you define “area” for No-Compete?
By primary city/service area you operate in. Multi-city coverage or multiple categories require multiple add-ons.

Q9. What’s included in Lead Generation tiers?

• $10/lead: pay-as-you-go per valid lead.

• $500/mo: unlimited leads (typical volume 50+/mo; actual volume varies by niche & market).

• $1,000/mo: unlimited leads + AI receptionist (answers/filters) + lead qualification (we pass through qualified inquiries).

• Custom: national funnels, industry targeting, multi-brand networks.

Q10. How do you count a “lead”?
A unique inquiry (call/form/message) with contact info + clear service intent in your service area. Duplicates/spam aren’t counted.

Q11. What’s your duplication/spam policy for leads?
We de-dupe obvious repeats and exclude spam/bot traffic. Report any edge cases within 72 hours for review/credit.

Q12. Is ad spend included in Paid Ads tiers?
No. All Paid Ads prices are management fees. You set your ad budgets separately.

Q13. What’s included in the “daily email with suggested social post”?
A once-daily email containing a pre-written caption + image prompt/idea tailored to your niche. You (or we, if you’re on Social tiers) can post it.

Q14. Do you include design work?
Yes. All packages include 10 design credits/month (business cards, flyers, door hangers, social graphics). Larger design needs can be quoted.

Q15. Can I switch tiers or categories later?
Yes—upgrade/downgrade or switch categories anytime. We prorate fairly where applicable.

Q16. Month-to-month or contracts?
Month-to-month by default. Discounts available for quarterly/annual commitments.

Q17. How does the Build Your Own Package (BYOP) work?
Use the form in the BYOP section to pick categories, tiers, and add-ons (like No-Compete). We’ll reply with a custom quote and timeline.

Q18. What are typical timelines to start?

• GBP: 1–5 business days after onboarding (verification may add time).

• Website: initial setup in 3–10 business days (depending on pages).

• Social/Ads/Automation/LeadGen: usually within 3–7 business days after onboarding assets.

Q19. What do you need from me to start?
Business details, service areas, branding, access to existing assets (website/GBP/social/ad accounts), and target priorities.

⚖️ Terms at a Glance

Minimum Monthly Package

All recurring service packages start at $250/month.

Startup Fees (One-Time Charges)

Websites: $200 setup (includes 1 page) + $75 per additional page (3-page minimum recommended).

Google Business Profile (GBP): $300 first month for full optimization (verification: first attempt free, $50 per retry).

Social Media: $350 setup to connect accounts, configure scheduling, and gather brand content.

Paid Ads: Setup starts at $300; ongoing management requires a monthly package; ad spend is billed separately.

Lead Generation: No upfront cost if funnel is built by RedSky; custom funnel builds may incur additional fees.

AI & Automation: Startup varies by complexity of the system.

Website Ownership

Websites built and managed by RedSky Business Solutions remain the property of RedSky unless the client elects a buyout fee (price quoted based on size and complexity).

Alternatively, clients may request setup directly under their own hosting account for an additional cost, in which case the website is theirs from day one.

Content provided by the client (logos, photos, copy) always remains the property of the client.

Design Credits

All packages include 10 design credits per month, which may be applied toward business cards, flyers, social media graphics, or other standard design needs.

Unused credits do not roll over. Additional design work beyond credits will be quoted separately.

Billing & Payments

All monthly packages are billed in advance on a recurring basis.

Startup fees are due upfront unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment is accepted via card, ACH, or other approved methods.

Late payments may result in suspension of services.

Refunds & Cancellations

All services are billed month-to-month unless a longer-term agreement is signed.

Refunds are not provided for partially used months.

Either party may cancel with 14 days’ written notice prior to the next billing cycle.

Annual or quarterly commitments (if discounted) are non-refundable once paid.

Custom Pricing

There is no ceiling on project size. RedSky can scale solutions from small business support to $100K+ enterprise-level engagements.

No-Compete Add-On

$500/month per category, per business type, per service area.

Example:

A locksmith in Albuquerque paying for GBP management at $500 + $500 no-compete → you won’t take on other locksmiths in Albuquerque for GBP while that’s active.

If they also want exclusivity for website + social, each would be an additional $500/mo

While active, RedSky will not provide equivalent services to direct competitors in that defined area.

Service-Level Commitment

RedSky responds to client support requests within 1 business day.

Deliverables (pages, posts, reports) are scheduled in alignment with the package tier.
