After you sign up, we schedule a short call to learn about your business, gather access to your Google Business Profile, and set up your review request system. Most clients are fully live within 5 business days.
No. All services are month-to-month. You can cancel anytime with no fees or penalties.
No setup fees. You pay the monthly rate and that's it.

Review Management
We send personalized review request messages via SMS or email after a transaction. Every customer receives the same invitation — we never filter who gets asked, which keeps you compliant with Google's policies.
We cannot remove reviews that don't violate Google's content policies. What we do is respond to them professionally and strategically so future customers see a business that handles feedback well — which is almost as valuable as a 5-star review.
Google Business Profile is always the priority. Depending on your plan we also monitor Facebook and Yelp.
We aim to draft a response within a few hours of a negative review appearing. You can approve before posting or let us handle it autonomously — your choice.

GBP ranking depends on many factors including review velocity, optimization completeness, and competition. Most clients see noticeable movement within 60–90 days of a fully optimized profile.
